Service

Flung provides a software service that lets you capture, organize, and route information or actions from voice notes. Some features may be in beta, modified, or interrupted at any time.

User account

You are responsible for the information associated with your account, the use of your credentials, and the activities performed from your account.

Third-party integrations

Some features rely on third-party services such as Google Calendar, Todoist, Notion, or Microsoft. Their availability depends on those services and your authorizations. Their own terms may also apply.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Flung to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
• Do not use the service to transmit malicious, fraudulent, or abusive content.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of error-free operation, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flung shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business loss, or losses resulting from use or unavailability of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service in case of abusive use, security risk, legal obligation, or breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
